Leading the planning team for the delivery of all Overlay commodities for 6 venues on the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Programme management of pre-planning. Produced detailed delivery schedules for each venue. Each venue delivery schedule is comprehensively detailed due to the short install periods and the number of contractors that will need to work alongside one another. It also requires a lot of client interfacing to ensure spaces are ready for the Functional Area teams to move in ahead of the competition commencing.
